Austin is the digital marketing and brand management adviser to Merton Adams.
Austin has helped a wide range of prominent organizations in industries including life sciences, finance, consumer goods and industrial manufacturing manage interactive business strategies, marketing communications and strategic brand initiatives. As the Director of Business Strategy & Branding at LeMond Cycling, he was responsible for the global brand portfolio and enterprising new business concepts. Prior to LeMond, Austin oversaw operations as the Director of Strategic Development at an interactive business consulting firm and led social engagement strategies, website production and content management for over 20 key accounts.
Using methodical project management combined with advertising, marketing, agency and client-side experience Austin is a dynamic and proactive problem-solver who excels at identifying growth opportunities and transforming stagnant business models into innovative, agile environments that drive results.
Austin is an active board member and advisor for The Art Institutes International Minnesota Design Management Program and the Wisconsin Center for Academically Talented Youth. He is regularly invited to speak at college campuses sharing his experience and youthful entrepreneurship
